Voices, a local nonprofit that advocates for the rights of nursing home and assisted living residents, is hosting Twist or Treat, a Halloween party for all ages with painting, snacks, crafts, a cash bar, dancing, a costume contest, a photo booth, Kona Ice, and Beaux the T-Rex.
